Vision-Mission-Value

理念・指針・推移

Amutus was created by Infocom Corporation as a network business operations unit.

Infocom Corporation provides services such as system integration for medical institutions, ordinary business enterprises and telecommunications carriers, which makes it a “company that provides services desired by society”.
Amutus, on the other hand, is a “company that provides services desired by consumers”. This is how we are inspired and decided to establish Amutus as an independent company.

Simply stating “Services desired by consumers” offers only a vague image of what is actually meant. We work thoroughly to identify “What is required of Amutus” and “What can only be done by Amutus”, as well as “What Amutus would like to do”. We do so in order to define the essential quality of” services required by consumers” that the globally-minded Amutus must provide. To that end, we may summarize the company’s philosophy and operation policies as consisting of the three elements of “Vision”, “Mission” and “Action.”

Chronological history

Chronological history

Mobile First, since its conception.

The Network Business Division at Infocom Corporation, the predecessor organization of Amutus, was involved in entertainment services that could be enjoyed via mobile phone audio, back when mobile phones were simply tools for making calls.
The explosive popularization of mobile phones then took place, followed by the advent of the mobile network era that in turn led to the evolution of mobile devices into modern-day smart phones. Throughout the entirety of this roller coaster-like evolution that the market has experienced, Amutus has continued to strive to provide mobile fun for its users.

The concentrated traffic that characterizes mobile communications, large volumes of data being transmitted, and bewildering technological innovations at hand are handled utilizing the collective know-how of Infocom Corporation, being both the parent company and an IT firm.

The development of Amutus as a company has progressed hand in hand with that of mobile phones in Japan. Right from the very beginning, Amutus has had a Mobile First mindset.
The history of Amutus leading up to the “present day” can be accessed via our history web page.
